Welcome to IMOS! IMOS Services and Charges Thank you for registering to be an IMOS user! As an IMOS user IMOS will deliver the following services to you: IMOS will provide you with: regulatory training, a top-flight technology platform, sales and office support and more! IMOS also provides users with the cooperation, advice and assistance of IMOS professional consultants to ensure your success in the IMOS platform. Please reference the IMOS User Loan Originator Agreement for details. Every day IMOS delivers highly filtered leads directly into your IMOS LOS in application format - allowing you quick access to consumers and preformatted ‘ninety second disclosures’. Leads generated by IMOS shall conform to the following: two opt-in online leads per user per day* and five ‘credit searcher’ or data driven leads per user per day* IMOS Annual License Fee $350.00** First Month’s marketing expense $950.00 First billing charge of $1300.00 will be charged to your credit card NOTE: THERE IS A MINIMUM THREE (3) MONTH AGREEMENT –YOUR CREDIT CARD ENTERED WILL BE BILLED ON THE MONTHLY ANNIVERSARY DATE OF YOUR ACCEPTED REGISTRATION *IMOS shall deliver all leads exclusively without reselling to any other IMOS Users; this does not mean that there are no other entities beyond IMOS’s control that are using the same lead or data information. The specific number of leads and type of leads may vary on a daily basis based upon availability - IMOS will make every good faith effort to deliver leads in accordance to the schedule and variety indicated above. **Sales Tax may apply to the annual license fee of $350.00 in WA, OH, CA, TX, FL, MO, PA.
