Unlike other software platforms and lead companies we at IMOS do not believe in disappearing ‘after the sale’. The IMOS consulting staff is comprised of experienced originators who have used IMOS successfully. Our instructors share their knowledge of IMOS with your staff; help your originators hone their skills and guide their efforts. Your IMOS consultant will even report back to you with the results and give guidance and feedback with the results of your sales staff.

IMOS is not a complicated interface but like any tool it can be used more efficiently by someone who has used it successfully. This is the knowledge that we look forward to sharing with you and your staff. The combination of guidance and reporting allows us to report on several aspects of the IMOS system and your staff’s usage. IMOS consulting reports include information such as: 

• The number of leads handled by individual originators
• The number of contacts reported by your sales staff
• The number of applications received and most importantly
• The number of loans in processing and funded 

Initial training is required to get your staff acquainted with the IMOS platform and familiar with its use. Subsequent training teaches application capture techniques, compliance, high volume lead management and volume loan production. As with any tool IMOS is only as effective as the hand that wields it – Our staff is committed to making sure that your sales force is working the IMOS platform with diligence and efficiency. Our consultants are an integral part in ensuring your successful transition to IMOS. After your initial class has been trained successfully on IMOS your IMOS Consultant will help maintain your account and train more originators at your request.
